All orders are sent in plain packaging. There is no labelling to indicate what you have ordered (your address and senders address.) Products sent to you by courier might come in a sleeve with a barcode and an address label.

Please note that all returns must be confirmed by Hard Impact Board Games by either email, phone or fax or letter.

If you wish to return any goods for any reason at all ,you may do so within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in a new unused condition.
We will refund the cost of the items however shipping costs are non refundable
DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS
In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. In the UK, items should be sent back via first class recorded delivery (Royal Mail).We will not accept extra charges for using other courier services. Overseas customers should use there national postal service and we recommend using an insured delivery method. We will not accept UPS or any other courier charges.
Please make sure you read any instructions that may have come with the product or from the website as products found to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at cost.
